Customer Services

Our customer service representatives are available Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00 via telephone, or alternatively via email 24 hours a day — ensuring you always have a direct line to your management team.

Administrative & Secretarial

  • Act as company secretary
  • Provision of a registered office address
  • Maintaining statutory books including registers of members, directors and secretaries
  • Secure storage of statutory company files
  • Attend AGMs with directors
  • Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment
  • Develop and oversee compliance with legal and statutory requirements
  • Liaise with external regulators, solicitors, accountants, auditors and third-party contractors
  • Share Certificate administration
  • Assistance and advice for new developments and company name changes

Finance Management

All service charges and management fees received on behalf of your management company are deposited within a bank account specifically assigned to your block — ensuring complete financial transparency and segregation.

Accounting

Management accounts are reconciled by a qualified accountant prior to the end of every financial year and ahead of your block’s AGM — providing accurate, independently verified financial records.

Third-Party Contractors

All third-party contractors are vetted prior to attending site to ensure they carry the correct level of Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance. Contractors are required to carry out written risk assessments prior to undertaking any tasks that may negatively impact individuals, assets, and/or the environment.

Site Inspections

We carry out routine site inspections, ensuring that any areas needing attention are followed up without delay with the respective contractors — maintaining your block to the client’s exact satisfaction.

Fire System Testing & Servicing

Alongside Fire Risk Assessments, we organise fire alarm testing and servicing to ensure your system is kept fully operational. Our qualified contractors undertake maintenance to BS 5839 Part 1 (2017), eradicating problems to the highest standard.

EICR Testing

Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) are organised and carried out in accordance with BS 7671, ensuring your block’s electrical installations are safe, compliant, and fully documented.

Sedum / Green Roof Servicing

In order to retain your sedum or green roof in perfect condition, we organise semiannual maintenance programmes tailored to your specification — preserving both the ecological and aesthetic value of your roof.

Our aim is to provide a professional service in a fair and transparent manner.
